Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy for Vintage Watches:

• Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases — for example, if:

  1. The item arrives damaged during shipment (must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with photos).

  2. The item you received is significantly different from its online description.

   

• Please note: minor imperfections, age-related wear, or patina are normal characteristics of vintage watches and not considered defects.

• If a return or refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  For our new and contemporary pieces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags and boxes).

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first at brandvertigo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

   

  Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

   

  Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
